4)a) There was a jar of milk (provided by a parent) in the refrigerator that was not in the original container. The jar was not labeled and dated. 4)e) There was an opened bag of cheese puffs in the kitchen cabinet that was expired. Some of the cheese puffs were in another container that was not labeled and dated.
