WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the monitor vist this licensor observed poisonous or dangerous substances of a can of fuel, a propane tank, and gardening spray products that are accessible to children on the side of the house where the second emergency exit is located. WAC 110-300-0260(5) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed yard maintance equiptment of a saw and a weed wacker that was accessible to children on the side of the house where the second emergecny exit is located.
