WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed dangerous substances on the half walls that included lotion, scented body spray, and sanitizing products that say keep out of reach of chilren and are in a location accessible to children. This licensor also observed hydrogen pereoxide and an aroma diffuser next to the sink by the changing table that is accessible to children. WAC 1190300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed two storage closets in the pre-k classroom that are accessible to children and do not have locking doors.
