0165(2,a): licensor observed a small object in the toddler room on the shelf small enough to cause choking. 0165(2,c): licensor observed several cords withing children's reach. 0165 (2,d): licensor observed plastic bags in children's cubby. 0165(3,a): licensor observed protuding nails outside in the children's playhouse window and on the wooden barrier outside in the playground area. 0165(3,d): licensor observed extra freezer in a room that is not locked and di not have a locking mechanism on the fridge. 0165(3,g): licensor observed a brown couch in the toddler room flaking.
