Cleaning supplies are stored accessible to children in an unlocked utility room. Laundry soap, cleansers, and other cleaners viewed accessible to children. Storage area, large utility room, no longer has a safety lock attached to prevent child access. Mop with bucket of water accessible to children in the bathroom,was observed during the visit.
