Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed disinfecting bleach solution in the bathroom mounted to the wall above a towel rack, 5 feet off the ground. Licensor observed enrolled children were tall enough to reach the area where the bleach solution was stored, making the bleach accessible to children.
