0166 (3)(a) At the time of inspection, it was observed that there is a secondary handle below the door knob. To open the door, the door knob and the handle must be opened together using two hands. Although, both can be opened in one motion, this is considered special knowledge. 0166 (3)(c) At th etim eof the inspection, it was observed the that emergency exit is partilaly blocked by a couch and a stationary exercise equipment.
