Observation

Front door is locked from the inside and the outside. It is not a one hand maneuver to open the door. There is a gate up at kitchen door that leads to the back door of the home which is the 2nd emergency exit for the living room. Licensors observed during this visit and in the past visits have been her niece whom is 1 year old (enrolled in the program) and her son whom is approximately 7 months old. On the day of the visit the providers child and the niece were present.
