Observation

Plastic bags were observed in unlocked bathroom cabinet and on lower shelving in the hallway closet. Broken closet doors accessible to children in cubby storage area are no longer are secured to the floors, pose a pinching or entrapment hazard. Cabinets are not secured to the wall to prevent tipping.
