licensor observed during the visit that cabinets had cords. The provider corrected this issue on site. Licensor observed during the visit that the provider did not take steps to prevent hazards to children, including but not limited to preventing children from walking into or through a glass door, window, or other glass barriers. The outdoor steps had sharp edges with e nails, and the steps are not fully repaired. Outlets are not tamper-resistant
