2a) Glue sticks in art cart were accessible to children and were labeled 3 years and older (choking hazards) 4c) Lightbulbs in bathroom and lightbulbs in chandelier did not appear to be shatter resistant 5a) Outlets in play area and dining room accessible to children did not appear to be tamper resistant 5b) Outdoor outlet was not GFCI and tamper resistant and outlet next to refrigerator was GFCI but not tamper resistant
