(2)(g) no pre-school or school age materials are in the licensed area accessible to children independently Dispute Description: There is a significant amount of toys for all ages ranging 0-13yrs old. Toys are rotated often to avoid children getting bored and encouraging excitement for new toys each week. Licensor observed all the toys in the storage that we rotate but she wants everything all out at the same time which does not work for my daycare. Since I currently only have pre-school children, I only have age appropriate toys out and in rotating for them. Toy rotating is well within the WAC.
