Observation

Cables from TV are observed loose and accessible to children. Plastic bag in highchair is accessible to children. All unstable cubbies, and shelves must be secured to prevent a tipping hazard. All outlets in licensed space must be tamper-resistant or covered with a blank plate. Extension cord is observed being used in living room as a permanent plug to devices around the tv.
