0290 (3)(d) Licensor observed that two infant sleep equipment did not have tight fitted sheet, which may pose a potential safety hazard in accordance with safe sleep practices. 0290 (3)(e) Licensor observed that an infant bassinet did not contain a moisture-resistant mat as required. The mat was made of cloth material, which is absorbent and does not meet licensing requirements for infant sleep surfaces.
