During onsite inspection, Licensor observed window blinds in the proposed license childcare room with inner cords capable of forming a loop. (2)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a stairway without a wall on one side or a handrail with slats on the side without a wall to prevent children from falling. 4(f) During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe a pressure gate to keep stairs inaccessible to infants and toddlers at the stairs leading to the outdoor play area. 4(f)
