During onsite inspection, Licensor observed one of the emergency exit gates (closest to childcare entrance) self-closing mechanisms was not functioning to close and latch the gate. (11) During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe a means (trees, building, or shade structure) to provide shade in the outdoor play area. (3)
