During inspection, Licensor Harris observed window blinds in the bathroom and sleep area with pull cords that are capable of forming a loop and posing a risk of strangulation to children (2)(b) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed a black cord/wire near the wall in the play area. The cord should be mounted on the wall (2)(c) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed two shelves and a cubby that is used to store toys for children not mounted to the wall posing a risk of tipping over (3)(f) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed indoor temperature lower than 68 degrees Fahrenheit. During inspection, temperature was 62 degrees Farhenheit (4)(a) During the inspection, Licensor Harris tested water temperature in the bathroom over 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temperature was 122.2 degrees Fahrenheit (4)(e)
