110-300-0165(2)(d) Provider had plastic bags accessbile to children near the toy shelves and baby wipes under the chair in the main licensed space. 110-300-0165(2)(f) Provider did not have stickers or art work at childrens eye level on the sliding door that leads to the outside area. 110-300-0165(5)(c) Provider had exposed wires behind the book shelf which she later removed from the area. As well as wires hanging from TV in the bedroom.
