Observation

During the time of inspection, licensor observed two geo climbing domes (both colored red, blue, and yellow) in the outdoor licensed space directly on the grass with no ground cover. Licensor also observed a "Little Tikes" slide approx. 2.5 ft high and other climbing equipment around the same hieght of 2.5 ft, placed directly on the grass with no ground cover.
