Observation

A plastic bag was observed inside a kitchen drawer that was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Chipped paint and holes were observed in the licensed area at the time of inspection. The indoor temperature was observed at 65 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 126.7 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. The outlet near sink in the kitchen area was not tamper-resistant and GFCI and was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
