Observation

2 windows in front living room and 1 window in the back play space had blinds with where the internal cords were capable of forming a loop and were accessible to children. Underneath the TV in the front living room, the TV power cord was loose and posed a strangulation risk as it was accessible to children. Laundry closet doors were locked at the top with a child proofing device, but the bottom half of these bi-folding doors created a pinching hazard when pulling on the handles The unlocked shed in the outdoor play space was accessible to children and posed an entrapment hazard. Bookshelf in back play space was unsteady and posed a risk of falling or tipping. First aid kit on shelf in back play space posed a risk of falling. 3 step cleaning bottles on shelf in bathroom posed a risk of falling.
