During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris did not observe all of the cabinets in the kitchen locked or in accessible to children. The cabinet under the sink was locked, but cabinets storing kitchen items were not locked (2)(a)(b) During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed a toilet plunger and toilet cleaner near the toilet. This item was removeb by Provider during the time of the visit. (5)
