110-300-0165(2)(c) - Cords observed hanging along the wall on the path to the emergency exit gate; LED light wires were also observed on one tree. 110-300-0165(3)(a) - One riding toy was broken in multiple areas, with sharp edges and potential finger entrapment hazards. 110-300-0165(3)(f) - Free-standing basketball hoop base was not filled, making it unstable. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - Paint flaking was observed along the building walls in multiple locations. 110-300-0165(5)(b) - Bathroom outlet was GFCI but not tamper-resistant (TR). 110-300-0165(5)(c) - One electrical cord along the building walls was observed with exposed wires.
