0145(1): At the time of inspection, it was observed that there were wasp nest on the playground with a few wasps flying around. The trash cans sitting in playground is also accessible to children. 0145(11): At the time of inspection, it was observed that the outdoor gate is self latchig but not self closing. 0145(8): At the time of inspection, it was observed that there are broken fence that made 2 of 5 inch gaps.
