Observation

Small round game pieces (approximately size of a nickel) observed on floor accessible to children. 1.5 year old child observed putting one in his mouth in licensor's presence. Blackberry bushes with thorns observed growning over the fence into the back yard play area. Laundry room door open during inspection, observed washer and dryer unlocked and 2 laundry detergent bottles on the floor accessible to children. Gate at base of stairs leading to unlicensed 2nd floor does not close securely & is not securely installed (hanging on walls loose).
