Observation

During annual site visit, licensor observed infants milk bottles not in a refridgerator. During annual site visit, licensor A. Stewart observed no sink to rinse, prepare bottles. Bottles were not dated or labeled or in refridgerator. During annual site visit, licensor observed no bottle preparation area with a sink. Provider stated she does not use the kitchen to prepare snacks or bottles. Bottles come prepared, provider sends extra milk home with parents at end of day. There is not area in main child care to prepare bottles.
