During the inspection, Licensor observed a wooden planks at the entrance of the childcare that were broken/cracked. Planks must be fixed or inaccessible to children. (3)(a) During the inspection, Licensor observed a heater in the sleeping room that needs to be inaccessible to children (3)(b) During the inspection, Licensor tested bathroom water temperature at 125 degrees F. Water temperature must range from 80 - 120 degrees F (4)(e)
