Observation

There were staff without training in Bloodborne Pathogens and staff with expired training. There were staff who could potentially count in ratio without current pediatric and adult first aid and CPR training. There was a staff who has not completed training in recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect, serving children experiencing homelessness, emergency preparedness, and abusive head trauma.
