2)c) There was a loose cord underneath the light table in classroom 3 that was accessible to children in care. 3)a) The small area of damaged chain link fence in the main playground had some sharp pieces of broken chain link metal accessible to children. 3)g) There was a post in the outdoor play area that had flaking paint and patches of rusted metal.
