There are sharp knives in an unsecured drawer in the kitchen. 5)a) An electrical outlet on the side of the building in the outdoor play area has a cover, but it was not secured, so the outlet was accessible to children. The outlet was not tamper resistant. 5)d) Electrical cords were plugged into a 3-plug adapter in the (unlicensed) office, not into the wall outlet or a surge protector as required.
