1)a) The kitchen is accessible to children as the latch used to secure the gate is easy for a child to open. There was a container of Clorox disinfecting wipes in an unsecured cabinet in the kitchen, a pump container of hand sanitizer on the counter, and dish soap on the counter near the sink that are accessible to children.
