Hand sanitizer was accessible to children in Childcare (Teen) Room. Hand sanitizer was made inaccessible during the inspection. Janitorial closet was unlocked and slightly open. A mop and bucket and cleaning supplies were accessible inside. Provider locked this immediately. Storage rooms in the Childcare (Teen) Room were unlocked. An office in this room was unlocked and cleaning supplies were accessible to school-age children inside. Provider locked these rooms immediately.
