Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a): At the time of the site visit the emergency exit (sliding glass door in the dining room) was locked from the inside and there was a screen door on the outside of the sliding glass door that was also locked. WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c At the time of the site visit there was a blocked off area with a gate which also): blocked the front door emergency exit. There was a pipe in the sliding glass door area to prevent it from being opened.
