Observation

Front door has a deadbolt that was locked during the visit. The home has a sliding door that leads to the outside which was unlocked. There bedroom that licensed was observed to now have a 2nd exit identified. The window in the room can be used as an exit but will need to be left unlocked and have a platform for exiting. The floor to the window measured at 47 inches inside and out. A platform will need to be added to the outside of the home as well.
