Observation

During the inspection, Licensor Harris did not observe an additional emergency exit in the sleeping room. Licensor and Provider worked together and created a plan that the window in the room will be an additional emergency exit during the visit. Provider will need to remove the second window panel and screen from the window. (4)(b) During the inspection, Licensor Harris helped Provider identify an emergency window in the sleeping room. When Licensor examined the window, it was hard to open. Licensor mentioned that Provider should add lubricant such as WD-40 to help the window open easier. (4)(c)(iii)
