Observation

One of four staff (Grace) working with children today have not completed the training requirements of section (4) through (8) and have been employed in their role as Assistant for more than three months. Four of four staff (Esany, Kimberlee,Grace, Jerome) have no verification of current food handler training in either MERIT or their staff file. All were observed to either prepare (Esany) or assist in serving snack today. Upon Director Brandon Kvamme and Teena Joy's return from leave, the program was in compliance as both have current food handler's permit. (08.05.2024) One of four staff (Grace) working with children today has not completed Child Care Basics and has been employed in the role of Assistant for more than three months. One of four staff (Grace) working with children today has no verification of BBP training. Three of four staff (Kimberlee, Jerome) have no verification of annual BBP training.
