Observation

It was observed that in many classrooms, not all children have medication authorization forms completed for diaper cream and sunscreen. In each classroom, there was at least one diaper cream and/or sunscreen that was expired. The program reports that they do not use sunscreen anymore due to the weather, but they had not sent the item home. Some medications were still on site for childrne who do not attend the program anymore.
