Multiple skeins of yarn and electrical cords were observed on the table in the licensed area (upper floor) that were accessible to children at the time of inspection. A pair of adult size scissors were observed on the table in the licensed area (upper floor) that was accessible to children at the time of inspection. Stairs in the outdoor area that leads to the upper deck did not have a pressure gate at the time of inspection.
