Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a bottle of Johnson and Johnson body oil, Castrol oil, face wash solution, two bottles of perfume, and sanitizing wipes accessible to children in the licensed bathroom and on dining room counter. (1)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the laundry room storage area door unlocked and broken and accessible to children in the licensed area. (2)(a)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a toilet plunger next to the toilet in the licensed bathroom accessible to children. (5)
