Observation

1)a) There were some toxic and hygiene products in the restroom and kitchen where they would be accessible to children. This included shampoos and other hygiene products, some of which were labeled with language to keep out of reach of children, in the tub area in the restroom; disinfecting wipes on a towel rack above the toilet in the restroom; and dish soap in the kitchen near the sink. 2)a)b) One of the storage sheds in the outdoor play area did not have a lock to prevent child access. The latch on the outside of the shed is the type that could not be opened from the inside if a child were to go into the shed and someone latched it closed. 5) There were loppers (a tool for trimming branches/trees) sitting on the table on the patio in the area that will be used for outdoor play.
