1)a) Several potentially poisonous or dangerous items were accessible to children today as follows: essential oil, covid-19 test kit, and sunscreen were on the counter in the restroom, within reach of children in care. The provider removed them during the inspection. nasal saline spray and hair detangler spray were in a caddy hanging on the safety gate in the play room accessible to children in care. They have warning labels to keep out of reach of children. The provider removed them during the inspection. disinfecting strength bleach water spray and soapy water spray bottles were hanging from the shower curtain rail in the restroom, within reach of at least one child in care today.
