Observation

6) The toilet has visible build up of pink film and other debris in the bowl and does not appear to be cleaned and disinfected daily as required. The floor in the restroom and around the diapering station appears in need of cleaning and disinfecting. Provider reports cleaning and disinfecting restroom only weekly, not daily as required. 8) The garbage can in the kitchen was full to the top this morning and does not appear to have been emptied on a daily basis. 10) Floors in kitchen and dining area have dried drips and quite a bit of debris/crumbs on them. They do not appear to have been cleaned and sanitized daily as required. There are ants present on the floor and kitchen counter as well.
