2)c) There are several strings accessible to children that are long enough to form a loop and pose a hazard of strangulation. There are long laces in a bin with lacing cards, toys with long strings attached, and plastic drawing pads with the stylus attached by a long string that are accessible to children in care. These items were removed by the provider during the inspection. 2)c) There is an electrical cord from a lamp accessible to children next to the recliner in the play room. There is also a cord from the recliner controls laying on the recliner where it is accessible to children. 2)d) There were plastic bags accessible to children in the kitchen area. 3)a) There are cut open aluminum cans in a bucket in the outdoor play area that have sharp edges that could cut a child. 3)a) There are fingernail clippers accessible to children on the table next to the recliner in the play room.
