Observation

0165 (2) (c) The Licensor observed a cord from the fan on the wall that went around the shelf and formed a loop. The cord must be secured to the wall to prevent hazard to children. 0165 (2) (d) The licensor observed a cabinet in the infant room that needed a child-proof lock. The cabinet contained liquid soap and plastic bags. 0165 (3) (c) The Licensor observed that on the way the children take to the playground there is a shed with broken doors, inside the shed there are shovels and other gardening and landscaping equipment accessible to children. Outside of the shed there were several wheelbarrows that also need to be made inaccessible to children.
