Observation

Plastic bags were viewed accessible to children in the Preschool Room. Broken child's sink water faucet is no longer attached securely to the sink base and moves exposing a hole in which child can cut or have their fingers stuck into. In Toddler room, one electrical outlet plate is cracked/broken and poses a safety risk to children in the room. Large objects stored on top of outdoor wooden storage unit, pose a risk of falling on children who play below and around the storage unit. Various items viewed to include toys and brooms ontop of the unit. Outlet in Waddler Room, 1 is not TRR. Cell phone is Waddler Room observed plugged in an outlet next to the sink. Broken facet in Preschool room needs to be replaced, currently it does not work (no water flow) and is loose to pose a safety hazard to children.
