Observation

Storage area under the kitchen sinks, had cleansers inside that were made accessible to children as the safety locks were broken and the kitchen door was left open with the kitchen unattended. Storage area was open and accessible to children. Kitchen was open and not locked, cabinets under the sink where cleansers and soaps are stored, had broken safety locks. Diaper wipes in preschool room saying keep out of reach of children, were accessible to children in a cabinet near the bathroom.
