Observation

110-300-0165(2)(c): A few cords were observed to be accessible to children in several areas of the daycare. 110-300-0165(2)(d): Plastic bags were observed in one drawer of the island kitchen without a safety lock. 110-300-0165(2)(f): Stickers or posters were missing on the glass portion of the sliding door at children's eye level. 110-300-0165(30)(a): An emergency gate had exposed nails on the rotten wood panel. Additionally, several wood panels were observed in the corner of the yard with exposed nails. 110-300-0165(30)(d): The dishwasher did not have a safety lock. A green garbage container containing soil and grass was observed on the playground, and another container with a compost sticker was placed near the emergency gate.
