2c) cords were seen accessible children throughout the licensed space. 3c) the backing to a book shelf was seen falling off in the second classroom. 3f) several shelf systems were observed to pose a tipping hazard since they were not secured. 5d) extension cords were used accessible to the children. One was seen strung across the classroom floor. A mini fridge was not directly plugged into an outlet. In a drawer accessible to the children tacks with sharp points were observed.
