Observation

At the time of a site visit staff member MB, the only teacher on site and running the program did not have verification of meeting the education requirements or the preservice requirements per WAC 110-300-0100 (6). Staff member MB did not have verification of current Bodily fluid training at the time of a site visit and was working alone with children. Staff member MB did not have a current food handlers card at the time of a site visit and was the only teacher with the children and serving/handling their food. Staff member MB did not have her child care basics completed at the time of a site visit and she was working alone with children.
