Observation

110-300-0165(5)(b) - Outlets near every sink were GFCI but not tamper-resistant (TR). 110-300-0165(5)(a) - The outlet near the screen in the kindergarten classroom was not TR. The outlet in the hallway near the aquarium was not TR and was accessible at child level. 110-300-0165(2)(a) - Circular outlet plugs in the small gym posed a choking hazard for children ages under 3 years of age attending the gym. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - Rust was observed on the metal box housing the fire extinguisher, accessible to children.
